Phoenix man dies in I-40 accident
A Phoenix man was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Interstate 40, 10 miles west of Kingman early Saturday, according to an Arizona Department of Public Safety dispatcher.
John Reynolds, 74, of Phoenix was dead at the scene from massive trauma after the Ford truck he was driving was struck by a 1994 Ford Probe driven by Oren Dodge, 24, of Kingman as the Probe was passing the truck, the DPS reported.
Reynolds was ejected from his vehicle on impact, according to the dispatcher, who said the accident occurred at 6:45 a.m. on Saturday. There were no other injuries in the accident.
